Second, holee crap!!! That man really is craycray! I'm glad everybody got out of the way safely, but who's going to pay for the damage? I'm betting the crazy man can't. That's just unbelievable! o__O

I guess here is where you hope they have insurance of some sort. I would definitely call this a freak of nature accident!

When I watched the video, it said that the one lady didn't have insurance and they gave info on how to donate money to help her out. :/
