klingonladySo I was watching this weeks NCIS LA for about the bazillionth time in the last few days.. and my daughter came along when Deeks and Kensi were out in the street of the neighborhood they are undercover and Deeks is talking about the neighbor lady.. and Kensi is well .. we will quote here...
Belle: Kensi is JEALOUS!
Then the conversation goes like this.
Me: Because Kensi wants to be Deeks's Girl and doesn't like it when he talks to or about other girls like that.
Belle: and Deeks WANTS Kensi to be his girl. I see the way he looks at her.
Me: *squee* You are SO awesome.
She is my little K/D shipper. Six years old and she knows whats up!

I need to go to sleep but I don't think that is gonna happen. I am toooooo excited. The drive in opens for the season this weekend and I am going tonight. They are showing The Hunger Games and Cabin in the Woods.
YAY for double features and drive in nachos!!
AND the kids are spending the night with my mother! So I will not be responsible for any kiddles while I am watching my movies!!

Date: 2012-05-12 12:47 pm (UTC)yay! for drive-ins. I haven't been to a drive-in in years! I don't even know if there is one within a 100 miles of my house. But, precious childhood memories of going to the drive-in on Friday nights with my family - they had a playground right under the big screen and we would swing and watch the cartoons. *sigh*
Nachos (and no kids) bonus on top of bonus.

Date: 2012-05-14 02:58 am (UTC)It takes about 45-50 minutes to get to the nearest drive-in to here. But totally worth it. Two movies that are still fairly new for 8.50 and the snack bar is WAAAAAAYYYY cheap!!! Like 2.50 for a tray of nachos. They even have a bbq grill outside and cook you a burger if you order one! Then the next is 2.5 hours away and I have no idea of any others in the state. This one is in it's 59th year of operation this summer!! Good long time and it is awesome!!
