I went downtown finally!

There was finally somewhere to park when I drove through downtown last night.. So I went in Twisted and got my new belly button ring (I planned to get on my birthday) when it comes time to change the one that was put in when I got it pierced.

I am excited to have this one! I ♥ it!!






Now, belly button.. Get to healing so I can change it!

It's going well so it shouldn't be much longer. I am able to sleep on my stomach again without feeling it. yay!

Red is my favorite color so this is what I picked for now. :)

I want a blue one too.. or a sparkly one of some variety :p haha! I stood there for ages yesterday trying to decide and what I decided was I liked the red of the betty boop and she was cute too so I got that one and decided to go back for blue and sparkly for my christmas stocking :p

I already have the pink one of these.. My friend Alex gave it to me because she is joining the army and they made her take it out. It's sitting in my jewelry box at the moment in case something happens to one of my others, or if I ever feel like wearing it it's an option..

The one I am wearing now is pink and has blue and yellow stars on it. It's quite cute too! When I picked this one out I wasn't looking for particularly lovely or spendy since I didn't know if it would take or not.. But I didn't go as cheap as to put something together from the "build your belly ring" box where the stuff is .99 for each piece. But since it's going well and I love the piercing so much I can upgrade now to the pretty stuff :p

I can't get my head wrapped around the concept of piercing one's belly button. The only piercing I have (or ever will have) is my ears. Used to have two in each ear, but it was too complicated to match the earrings in pairs that went together, so I let the second set grow in again.

I guess I'm old-fashioned...not into tattoos either, but to each his/her own...

Some people just don't get it, I have wanted one for like the last year and a half though. The second set of holes in my ear is closed up too.. At least I am pretty sure it is.. I didn't have the same problem as you though, I was perfectly content wearing four completely different earrings :p I'm weird.
